How it works

Getting started with CMD staffing is easy!

Step 1

Initial Meeting

We would love to know and hear you better. Firstly, we need to understand that needs of your business related to offshore staffing.

We’ll be able to evaluate if we can help you with your goals and objective and we will honestly inform you if your need for a staff is achievable if not, we will provide options to help you further.

Once you agreed and you decide to take the next step, we will send you the Job Order form that you need to fill out.

Step 2

Job Order

We source and qualify candidates on behalf of our clients based on supplied job specifications.

We will provide the Job Order form. With this we were able top identify the qualifications needed for your future virtual staff.

  • Tenurity (Beginner, Intermediate and Expert)
  • Contract Length
  • Must have skills
  • Top responsibilities that the future staff will be doing
  • Training and monitoring for your virtual staff
Step 3

Recruitment

Depending on the role how long it will take to find your virtual staff. For Non IT- Usually it will take 1-2 weeks and for IT role, minimum of 2 weeks or more depends how complex the role is.

Once we find the candidates, we will endorse these candidates for you to review and interview. We make sure prior to endorsing, these candidates are shortlisted and screened accordingly to the Job Order. Along with the endorsement, cost and resumes are attached for you to have the full picture of the expected cost and type of virtual staff.

Step 4

Onboarding

Once you have chosen your candidate, we will do the onboarding process that requires;

  • Acceptance of the Contract Agreement
  • Management of expectation for both Client and virtual staff.

All you need to do now is sit back, relax and wait for your start date.

Step 5

Compliance

Your Account Manager will also serve as your compliance officer that will monitor your virtual staff to make sure that they will work each day on time. If your virtual staff will be running late or absent, we will inform you right away and take that hassle of knowing their whereabouts.
Step 6

Timesheet and Invoicing

We will invoice you once a month (last working day of the month ) and expect your payment within 1 week after your invoice was sent. Timesheet is adjusted monthly; we pay your virtual staff’s salary every first week of the month and we need to make sure that they are paid on time so please settle your invoice on time.
